Ping to the singapore server of garena, is ~50-60 in most of SEA. you can check your ping by Run-->CMD--> ping lol.garena.com. FUCKEN GENIUS! Year ago league ping hit the dumpsters because of undersea cable issue or something. 250+ ping non stop. Someone suggested cloudflare and it did work for a while giving a stable 150 ping often. Since a month cloudflare stopped working on league, at least for me.
