Unlessthis was meant to fix the campaign crash on load problems: Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition – Update 62085 Stability & Performance - Further fixes to rare crashes. What I find to be a bit weird is that it isn't under the "Ongoing investigation" part of the patch notes.

Yes, game crashes very often, if any AOE developer is reading this, PLEASE enable an option to return to a multiplayer game after game crashes. For me it doesn't take too much time to re-launch but it's frustrating to lose the game because of the crashes!
Mygames started crashes (all versions of AOE) for multi player around Oct. Then a few weeks later expanded to single player. I had 100% replicable crash on 3 different computers two of them brand new. Up until early February. Then they all fixed by an update that gaming services. Ageof Empires II: Definitive Edition. Bad for devs that this issue is in game since the start. I don't blame anyone, this thing should just get priority over everything else. #2.
