To be fair though, most flagship phones only cost about $250-350 to make, which isn't much more than what the Switch costs to make. Phones cost that much more because people are will to spend that much more on phones, not because they're that much more expensive to actually make.
Quest 3's cpu is way better than the PS4's or PS4 Pro. The GPU is also better than PS4's and it Quest 3 has more RAM that is faster. AND an SSD. All those slight advantages not to mention a much better CPU and we should be able to see at least middling resolutions that are decent, not amazing for larger scale games but an improvement over PS4 VR.
