Restricted profile is probably someone on a family account that needs to have the account holder go into family settings and click "allow" M-rated or all games. I had to do this before I could play MP in FC3. Thanks for your reply, unfortunately this didnt help, we managed to get in one game together no problems and then the lobby closed down
