You will find a metal plate attatched to the slam panel next to the passengers light unit it will have a multi plug if you stand at the same side as your fuse box you will see it straight in front of you it has a 10mm bolt to retain it to the slam panel.

Place one lead .. the black lead from the volt .ohms . side on to the negative of the battery .. connect it there by a crocadile clip or stick the pin in a groove on the neg.. of the battery . then Probe the centre of the glow plug i.e the threaded part of the glow plug with the red .or com lead on the meter . this shuld give you a resistance
